What is Gotokit?
Gotokit.cc is a permanently free, no-login online tools platform. Use all tools directly in your browser — PDF conversion, image processing, developer utilities, design tools, AI tools, calculators, and more.
Are all tools permanently free?
Yes, 100% free forever. No hidden fees, no usage limits, no membership subscriptions.
Do I need to register or log in?
No. Every tool works instantly — no registration, no login, no personal information required.
Will it become paid or require registration later?
No. We are committed to keeping core features permanently free and registration-free.
Any usage or file size limits?
Most tools have no usage limits. Some AI tools have reasonable file size or resolution limits due to server costs (clearly noted on the page), but no forced charges.
Privacy & Security
Are my uploaded files saved?
No. Most tools process data locally in your browser — nothing is uploaded. For AI tools that require server processing, files are deleted immediately after processing and never stored permanently.
Do you collect my data?
We do not collect user-uploaded content. Servers only log basic access data (IP, browser type, timestamp) for security and traffic analysis — never linked to personal identity.
Are the tools safe?
Yes. All tools run in the browser. We regularly audit our code, and core tools are open-sourced on GitHub.
Is ID card OCR or sensitive file processing safe?
Yes. ID recognition and similar tools delete images immediately after processing — no data retention. For sensitive files, we recommend using purely local tools.
Is HTTPS supported?
Yes, the entire site enforces HTTPS. All data in transit is encrypted.
Languages & Internationalization
Which languages are supported?
We currently support Chinese, English, French, Spanish, and Japanese. All tool interfaces and documentation are fully localized.
Will you add more languages?
Yes. We plan to add more languages including German, Portuguese, Korean, and others.
AI Tools & Future Plans
Will you increase AI tools?
We will increase AI-powered tools, but non-AI utilities will keep growing too. Our philosophy: "If it's useful, we build it" — not just chasing AI trends.
Are AI models self-developed?
We currently use proven third-party vision and language models, with plans to incorporate self-developed optimizations over time.
Open Source & Originality
Will Gotokit be open-sourced?
Already underway. Core tool code is being open-sourced on GitHub (github.com/Gotokit). Community review, contributions, and usage are welcome.
Are the tools original?
About 70% of the code is original and open-sourced on GitHub. The remainder builds on excellent open-source libraries with deep customization and integration.
Can I deploy or modify after open-sourcing?
Yes. Open-sourced under the MIT license — free for personal and commercial use.
Usage & Features
Do I need to install anything?
No. Everything runs directly in your browser — desktop, mobile, and tablet.
Can I use results commercially?
Yes. Generated results (images, PDFs, code, etc.) belong to you and can be used commercially.
Is batch processing supported?
Some tools support it (e.g., PDF merging, image format conversion). Check individual tool pages for details.
